Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year begins on November 3, 2025 for
currently enrolled students, siblings and Hitchcock Presbyterian Church members.
Open enrollment for NEW students begins on November 17, 2025.

Registration Fee
ALL students in the program pay a $500 non-refundable registration fee to secure their spot

$100 Parent Association Activity Fee per child

Scholarship
The Hitchcock School Scholarship Fund
The Hitchcock School is pleased to offer financial aid to families in need through The Hitchcock School Scholarship Fund. The Hitchcock School Board considers each application on a case-by-case basis. The scholarship amount awarded is based on need, up to 25% of tuition fees.
Households with an annual income of $125,000 or less are encouraged to apply; however special consideration will also be given to any household that demonstrates hardship.
Applications for financial aid should be submitted to the school office by March 1, 2026.
Good faith applicants who find they cannot attend the school after receiving notification of their award are eligible for a refund of their application deposit.
Please include the following information:
● Scholarship application form
● Copies of 4 current pay stubs for all working family members
● Copy of current year form 1040 U.S. Income Tax Return
● Documentation of all other household income
